The intending purchaser(s) acknowledge(s) that should such information become known to competitors or other parties interested in setting up a similar business in opposition to company mentioned above or used by themselves in the operation of a similar business whereby these actions could cause financial hard ship then company mentioned above reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation.
